The Connecticut Secretary of State’s Office provides this online list of Connecticut town and borough clerks. The Town Clerk is a primary source of vital and other records in the governmental system. They are especially important as vital records at the State Department of Public Health in Hartford are being microfilmed and are currently inaccessible to the public.
