DELMAR BAPTIST CHURCH [Baptist] 1877
Organized on March 29, 1877 as the GARRISON AVENUE BAPTIST CHURCH. The newly renamed Delmar Baptist Church built a new facility at 4300 Delmar (at Pendleton), in 1888. In 1914, Delmar Baptist sold the building to First Christian Church and eventually moved into their new stone church at the SE corner of 6195 Washington (at Skinker). Delmar Baptist, moved to 6195 Delmar, beginning in 1952. Currently located at 1001 Municipal Center Dr., Town & Country. (aka DELMAR AVENUE BAPTIST) [2003]

Located on the northwest corner of Locust and Beaumont St. in the former home of Second Baptist Church. Lemuel Hall was their elder and evangelist. [1915]
