Money Matters—Even to Kids

Children as young as three or four years old can grasp the principles of wise money management. To help impress these concepts on young minds, the Library is offering crafts where kids can make a Pocket Piggy Bank or Lunch Money Locket. We're also holding storytimes that focus on sharing. Special sessions for large groups can also be scheduled for classes at the Library or school.

Sesame Street's Elmo, Cookie Monster, and The Count share tips on how to make choices and ways to save. Be sure to ask for a FREE For Me, For You, For Later kit provided by PNC Bank in partnership with the Sesame Workshop.
