An ordinance pertaining to ward boundaries for the City of St. Louis; repealing Ordinance 62476, codified as Chapter 2.12 of the Revised Code of the City of St. Louis 1994 Anno.; establishing new ward boundaries; with an emergency clause.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION ONE. Ordinance No. 62476, presently codified as Chapter 2.12 of the Revised Code of the City of St. Louis 1994, Anno., is hereby repealed.

SECTION TWO. This City is divided into twenty eight wards, the boundaries of which are set forth in Exhibit A (pages 1-?) attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.SECTION THREE. This being an ordinance for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety, it is hereby declared to be an emergency measure within the meaning of Sections 19 and 20 of Article IV of the Charter of the City of St. Louis and shall become effective immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor.
