26.74.030 Entrances and exits. 26.74.030 Entrances and exits. All parking areas, loading areas, and driveways must have adequate
entrances and exits approved by the Building Commissioner with the consent of
the Director of Streets. 26.74.040 Maintenance requirements. All parking areas, loading areas, and driveways must be maintained in good
repair. 26.74.050 Penalty for violation. Any person, firm or corporation that violates any provision of this chapter
shall upon conviction be fined not less than one dollar ($1.00) or more than
five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment up to ninety (90) days or by
