DIVISION I. WATER
Chapter 23.14 23.14.010 Permission required. 23.14.010 Permission required. The owner or occupant of any store, shop, office or residence having no
water connection to the main, may apply to the Water Commissioner for
permission to use water from any premises in the neighborhood. Permission
for the use of water from such premises may be granted providing the owner
or occupant of the premises gives written permission to the Water Commission
for such use. 23.14.020 Use without permission. Any person persisting in the use of water from premises not occupied by
him and without permission from the Water Commissioner and owner or occupant
of such premises shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. 23.14.030 Use of drinking fountains. Persons habitually using water from public drinking fountains and water
troughs for domestic purposes or for watering livestock without first
obtaining permission therefor, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. 23.14.040 Duties of police. It is the duty of all policemen to report any and all breaches of this
