Neighborhood Protection Order

15.13.010 Violation.

The violation of a neighborhood protection order is prohibited within the City of St. Louis.

15.13.020 Definition.

A neighborhood protection order is any court order that prohibits a person from being in any specified area as a condition of release from custody, a condition of probation, parole, or other supervision or any court order in any criminal matter.

15.13.030 Penalty for violation.

Whoever violates a neighborhood protection order shall be fined not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned for not more than ninety (90) days. In lieu of a fine or imprisonment, the Court may order the defendant to complete a term of community service not to exceed one hundred twenty (120) hours.
