Any person who shall knowingly and intentionally, in this city, make a false report of a violation of the law to any police officer or other officer of the law in person, or from any police alarm or call box, or over the telephone or radio, or by any other means of communication, whatsoever, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

Cases:

In prosecution for falsely reporting alleged robbery to police, the corpus delicti was the alleged falsity of the robbery report. City of St. Louis v. Watters, 289 S.W. 2d 444 (1956).
