15.117.010 Prohibited actions.

No person shall, with purpose to defraud, manufacture, make, alter, possess, use, sell, give away, barter or trade any identification which misrepresents the age or identity of a person under twenty-one years of age who is the intended subject of the identification.

15.117.020 Violation--Penalty.

Any violation of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense, by imprisonment for not more than ninety (90) days or by both, and each day such violation exists shall be deemed a separate offense.
