Sections: 12.28.010 City bacteriologist. City Counselor Ops.: 8769 12.28.010 City bacteriologist. The city bacteriologist shall carry on his work in the Snodgrass
laboratory and shall perform the bacteriological and pathological work for
the city, under rules and regulations promulgated by the hospital
commissioner. The bacteriologist and assistants shall not perform any
