12.16.010 Established.

The grounds purchased by the city from Augustus Langkopt, by deed dated July 7, 1854, shall be known as Robert Koch Hospital. The hospital shall be a hospital for long term hospitalization treatment and care of patients, including but not limited to the care and treatment of all forms of tuberculosis, and all other diseases and infirmities of the body and mind.

12.16.020 Policies, rules and regulations.

All patients shall be admitted, treated and cared for under and pursuant to the policies, rules and regulations promulgated by the hospital commissioner as approved by the director of health and hospitals.
