11.32.010 Definitions.

For the purpose of this chapter, the following words and terms shall have the following meanings:

A. "Multi-sport arena" means any enclosed structure having a minimum of eleven thousand fixed seats, and capable of being used as or occupied by a circus, horse or stock show, rodeo, ice hockey or ice skating event, basketball court, wrestling or boxing ring, a musical or theatrical event requiring the use of actors, singers, dancers or musicians, and tennis court.

B. "Fixed seat" means any seat having a horizontal seat and a vertical or near vertical back, and attached in any way to any permanent portion of the building or enclosed structure.

11.32.020 Where there is an audience.

It is, unlawful for any person to smoke or to carry a lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe or match in or into any portion or room of a multi-sport arena, in which portion or room is located erected circus equipment, a horse or stock show, rodeo, ice hockey or ice skating event, basketball court, wrestling or boxing ring, a musical or theatrical event requiring the use of actors, singers, dancers, or musicians, or tennis court while an audience is in attendance.

11.32.030 Penalty for violation of Sections 11.32.010--11.32.030.

Any person who shall violate the provisions of Sections 11.32.010--11.32.030 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than one dollar nor more than one hundred dollars.
