Tax Rate and Bond Issue Elections
Any municipal or quasi-municipal corporation, or other public body or agency domiciled within the City is prohibited from resubmitting to the voters of this City any proposition to establish a tax rate or to issue bonds within a period of one year subsequent to any election at which such proposition had been defeated.
