4.24.010 Salaries.

There is hereby adopted the following schedule setting forth the annual and bi-weekly compensation and codes of certain employees of the Magistrate Court. The schedule of rates and codes set forth shall become effective at the same time as increases that may be granted to employees in the classified service become effective.

4.24.020 Appointment--Duties.

The Magistrate Court of the City, en banc, is authorized to appoint the employees enumerated in Section 4.24.010. The qualifications and duties of the enumerated employees shall be as the Magistrate Court, en banc, shall prescribe.
