PART V. DISCRIMINATION IN PUBLIC PLACES
3.56.510 Discrimination prohibited.
The exclusion of, or discrimination against, any person solely because of race, creed or color, or for any reason not sanctioned by law and not applicable alike to persons generally in the use of the accommodations or service in public places is prohibited. Whenever any agent or employee shall so exercise any function, or employ any power with which he is charged or entrusted as to violate any provisions of this section, both he and his principal or employer shall be held equally responsible and liable.
