1.32.010 Martin Luther King Day.

January 15, 1971 and January 15th of every year thereafter, in conformity with the authority granted by the City charter is declared the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Day, and is established as a public holiday. All courts, public offices, legal and official proceedings, in so far as they are subject to, or under the control of the City, shall be governed and regulated thereby.

1.32.020 Veterans Day.

In conformity with the authority granted by the City charter, November Eleventh, is declared Veterans Day Anniversary, and is established as a public holiday. All courts, public offices, legal and official proceedings, in so far as they are subject to, or under the control of the City, shall be governed and regulated thereby.
